So as I post this from my IBM ThinkPad R51e, listening to the theme from season one of the Transformers (G1), I thought some people might appreciate a few photos of my awesomely cool automobile.

Actually, that's not how it really looks like. That's just when I got bored and played mix n' match with some spare wheels I had lying around.

That's a better glimpse of it, but it's still hard to see the details. I've run it in a number of Points events with the local chapter of the SCCA, but I had to stop from lack of funds as of right now. With any luck I'll pick it up again soon.

There we go. Low, light, white. It's the lightest car I've owned, tipping the scales at 2387 lbs. with a full tank of gas and little else.

I had it dyno-tested on the same dyno that an R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R was on, and although the Skyline put down 600+ HP, I managed 105 HP.

I highly recommend one!
Meh... I still think four doors are cooler. Toungue

But can your four door rev to 7250 RPMs?

Or look this clean under the hood?

Or have a cool Mazdaspeed exhaust system?

Oh well.

On the first point, it doesn't have to since it makes all torque at 2800 RPM.

For the second point, it's a decade old, has 196,000 miles, and can still make 60 in under eight. Cleanliness is moot.

On the third, while I admit having a Mazdaspeed exhaust on a Subaru would be amusing, the old Bosal variable flow on my GT suits me just fine.

Can you slalom in a downpour at only a marginally reduced speed?
Yes but the body panel replacements get expensive. Can you feel the wind blowing in your hair, or have perfect viewing with no blind spots? (applicable only when top is down)
My car's payed for and has cheap insurance and great gas milage. I win.
Well, I still get 25-ish mpg, and mine is paid for as well.
Well..... I get 24 MPG driving it like it's made to be driven, can squeal the rear tires, and chicks adore it. It's nowhere near being paid off and insurance is about the same as my Ion was. I have light, communicative steering feedback and a 50/50 weight distribution. Oneness between horse and rider!
